I had no errors in the game at all.
Hope you do very well with this project, it really has potential.
Remember that you should try to lower the exe file size as much as possible, externally load sounds and backgrounds, it will really help.
You should add missions, mini games (like the sheep game in Crimelife 2), better cop AI, liven up the city with more and higher buildings and more pedestrians+traffic, add more things to buy e.g clothes and food.
Hope I'm not pushing you or anything, you don't have to get TOO much done to release the next beta.
Really looking forward to it, keep up the great work!

ReplyDeleteHello Sakis25! I'm just new here. I love your games, so far the gameplay for Crimelife III is OK. But there were a few bugs I just found. You know there's a safe house which cost $9700 right? After I purchase the property, I save my game. Then I press R(to reset the game), I load the game then the character model disappear himself. As I walk out of my home, the city is flooded with water. Actually, it also happens to Crimelife II. When I press F3 and then press escape key to return to the game, the city is flooded with water. Strange Huh? Hope you could fix the bug for Crimelife III soon!

ReplyDeleteYour game are truly one of the best 3d games I've seen on yoyogames. I have a few questions. In the future releases of CL3, will there be story missions and cut scenes? Also, are you going to improve the police AI so that the cop cars chase you and maybe.. lay spike strips down or try to road block you?

My time with the game was very limited these days and sadly the next beta version will not have missions yet. But I have added lots of new features to the game to keep you :)

With the mobile phone i saw in a pic, can you make phone numbers so you can call, i would love to be able to prank call 911 and make a police officer arrive to find nothing happened, so yer if you could put in phone numbers (only a few) for beta 03 it would be awesome

ReplyDeleteHey Sakis, Just wanted to let you know that more damages to the veicles would be efficiant, and i found a glitch: When you are injered, all you have to do is walk into the burger store and your full health. And you dont even have to buy anything. As soon as you enter the building, youe fully full health

ReplyDelete1. Run A lot faster.
2. Get to the top of buildings by grabbing on ledges or window frames like in Assassin's Creed to escape the police.
3. Make sure the city has all the essentials(Gun/Shops,Airports,Police Station,etc.)but make the city a bit smaller because it's REALLY hard to work this game on my laptop, it starts burning up and the game slows down.

ReplyDeleteumm so if u are usein a laptop computer, you cant use the cellphone unless u have a attatchment number pad. I think that system was designed for a desktop, not a laptop. and also if u are sing a certain typer of Windows, it wont work

ReplyDeleteYour game is excellent! I have some things to say. First, there is a glitch with the burger shop. You don't need to buy a burger to refill your health for some reason. Also, you should make the R8 and Gallardo secret cars, not cheat only cars. It would be really cool if you could give us a garage to keep our cars. I think it would be cool if you let us import our faces into the game, too.

Sakis, could not you add some cheats to the editor for crimelife3? I download Trainer Maker 4 for Windows, which can number in the remake game according to that number and we'll see in the game and write it there. I tried to redo the program in the score, but still the errors. Could you add cheats to yetpack and money? Code for money could be at $ 10 000.PS: answer me, whether you might do.

ReplyDeleteBUG FOUND: I was playing Crimelife 3, then suddenly and clone of myself appeared. I couldn't enter any car, he had the same behavior as me(I move, it moves, i shoot, it shoots)and an also strange thing: When i make the clone swim, and i get to swim too, i get teleported to his coordinates(And he gets teleported to my coordinates) and when i get back to sand, i get teleported to where he is. I couldn't enter any buildings, neither do missions. PS.: I was on the burger king mission and i tried to do a race, but nothing happened.

Nice game man! Could you add the Buick '71 from CL2? I think money cheats, helicopters and SWAT would also be good ideas for the final version. Oh and you should also be able to shoot when u drive like in GTA IV.

This is an excellent game, Sakis25. However, I would like to point out a few bugs:
ReplyDelete1. Cars are designed to despawn at a great enough distance from the player. This is normally a good thing, because it reduces lag. However, when a car is purchased, it also despawns when the player gets too far away, resulting in a huge waste of money. Please fix this bug.
2. Towards the south-east corner of the map, some of the huge rocks do not appear on the either the small or large map,
3. In the same location, there is a small space between a large rock and the ocean. Attempting to drive a vehicle through this space, (which is large enough for cars to get through), will glitch into the water.
4. Thirdly, the "copsoff" cheat rarely works, as for me, it has only worked twice in the last three months.
5. In certain conditions, the train will get pushed off the tracks by another vehicle, or in some cases, another person.
6. The only ways to lower the wanted level are either through death or by the "copsoff" cheat, which, as I stated above, rarely works.
7. Cars frequently collide with each other, but many times, they glitch and shake violently
8. The camera view is very glitchy when driving a vehicle.
9. The moon can be seen through buildings that are not fully rendered.
10. When a mission involving a car is failed, for example, the "merchandise" mission, The engine sounds of the car continue to play, even if the player is not in the vehicle. The only way to fix this is to get in the vehicle, and then get out again.
Also, I have some suggestions:
1. Create a larger map, with many, many more missions, more than one gang, and more shops.
2. Fix the above glitches, and create a way to evade police without cheating or dying.
3. Make the crane a usable object in the game.
4. Add different horn sounds, because, for example, it's not very realistic for a tank to have a car horn.
5. Add engine sounds to the helicopter.
6. Prevent purchased cars from despawning.
7. When the time of day changes, the sky instantly changes with it. This looks very unrealistic. Consider making the sky fade between phases.
Other than the above, this game is absolutely outstanding!

The game is looking good, but as stated by Carson, their is one or two thins that should be a top-proritity, such as the way to evade cops without dieing, and some of the map glitches, I would like to see different horns aswell because a ambulance with a car horn isn;t that great, and a mousepad-friendly gameplay
